The PEP Program
(Prevent Injury, Enhance Performance)

Please contact us if you are interested in having your sports team get started on an ACL Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement Program. Sports PT offers instruction of the PEP (Prevent injury Enhance Performance) Program, developed by the Santa Monica Sports Medicine Foundation. It is a 20 minute warm-up program consisting of stretching, strengthening, and plyometric exercises. This is a free service to sports teams- we will come to your practice and teach the coaches and athletes this warm-up.
