Fitness by Hillarie is putting a
different "spin" on bootcamp training- This type of activity burns
more calories & helps to increase lean muscle
mass!
Using weights, athletic drills and core
exercises that require you to use your body's own resistance,
Hillarie also introduces some surprise circuits with
cutting-edge equipment like weighted ropes, tires
for "flipping" and rolling, kettle bells, wobble boards,
resistance bands and lots, lots more . .

All fitness levels welcome. Don't miss the
fun, sweat, and fitness results you are looking
for! You will need to bring
dumbbells, a mat, a water bottle and a towel . . . but most of all
bring your energy!
